Shipping via Geniki Taxydromiki throughout Greece
Attica: €2.50 / up to 2 kg + €0.80 per additional kg
Mainland destinations: €3.00 / up to 2 kg + €1.00 per additional kg
Islands: €3.00 / up to 2 kg + €1.00 per additional kg
Remote areas: €5.00 / up to 2 kg + €2.00 per additional kg
Shipping Categories
Within City – Refers to pickup, transport, and delivery within the same city. Shipments within the Attica region (from Attica to Attica) are considered “Within City,” except for remote areas.
Within Region – Refers to shipments within the same administrative region. Regions are defined in the official price list of Geniki Taxydromiki and are listed on the website: www.taxydromiki.com
Mainland Destinations – Refers to shipments to mainland destinations within the courier network.
Island Destinations – Refers to shipments to island destinations within the courier network.
Remote Areas – Areas outside the main city limits of the courier network are classified as remote destinations and are listed on www.taxydromiki.com
* Delivery time is indicative, refers to business days from the date of departure from Athens, and may vary depending on conditions.
Important Delivery Instructions

If the package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify our store immediately at tzelalisgroup.gr

If you open the package and notice damage caused during transport, please send us an email with photos of the product and packaging at tzelalisgroup.gr

Within one day of receipt, you must return the product to the nearest Geniki Taxydromiki store so the replacement process can begin
Otherwise, product replacement or refund will not be possible, as we cannot verify whether responsibility lies with the courier company or the recipient.
