11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if you notify us by email no later than the end of the day on which the order was dispatched and provided that shipment has not already been scheduled.

Your email must include your personal details and order number.

12. Right of Withdrawal – Returns Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days for any reason, including without justification, and request a replacement or refund.

This right applies across all European Union member states. If the consumer has not been informed of this right, the withdrawal period may be extended up to twelve (12) months.

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original packaging, in excellent condition as received.

Return shipping costs are borne by the sender.
