The LP Knee Stabiliser (with vertical buttress) includes two medial and lateral metal hinges for support as well as a vertical buttress which stabilises the patella and provides extra protective cushioning.
The opening relieves pressure on the patella, and the extra pad compresses the quadriceps tendon to prevent tendinitis.

This stabiliser is recommended for post-operative ligament repairs, and a comfortable fit is provided by the two hook and loop straps which also ensure stabilization during activities.
